Her mother, Basilia, is the head of The Flores Mafia, which is one of the most powerful crime syndicates in the United States. Basilia and her husband--Felipa’s father--moved to the US before Felipa was born and after her grandfather, Alphonso, died, leaving her mother to take over the business.
When Felipa became of age, she became a wild child and hard to tame. She loved to drink and party, and still does to this day. Her mother enforced a curfew because she worries about her daughter’s safety. She also doesn’t like Felipa bringing home strange men and women, especially when her 7-year-old twin brothers’ bedroom is close to her bedroom.
She and Celeste used to be best friends when both girls were 16-years-old and loved getting into 18+ bars having a good time drinking and partying.
