Seymour Donovan III is the only son of Seymour Donovan II and (the late) Saoirse Donovan (née Fitzgerald), who were immigrants from Talamh. Seymour’s father is the owner of the Pink Flamingo Mall as well as the CEO of the Bank of Palm Tree State as well as the founder of several charities throughout the nation. His son, on the other hand, is not so charitable. He only plays the part so his father will not cut him off his allowance and will continue to buy mail-order, Asian brides, for him.
Seymour has a fetish for East Asian women and doesn’t attempt to hide it from the citizens of Pink Top City. After Seymour’s father kicked his latest fiancée, Jiao, out of the house, Seymour had to fend for himself. He currently has his eyes set on Misaki Aimoto and he will do anything to win her heart.
Due to this, he and Natsumi often butt heads and are at each other’s throats.
Seymour loves to play pranks and bully others, whom he deems are beneath him. He has little regard for other’s feelings and gets a great thrill from causing misery to people such as Mark, Blair, et al.
One day, Seymour is going to do the wrong thing to the wrong person...

The Charmer: In an awkward kind of charm which turns out to be an evil version of this, and thus an invoked trope.
The Chessmaster: He schemes and concocts plans to have Misaki fall for him.
Evil Redhead: Of the bratty type.
Fiery Redhead: Loses his temper when things don't go accordingly.
The Friend Nobody Likes: Seymour's "friends" aren't too fond of his mean and bossy attitude, implying that, despite the fact that they hang out with him, they don't actually like him.
Hate Sink: He's an unsympathetic bully who repeatedly kicks the dog by bullying Blair, Mark, et al. and uses shady tactics to win Misaki's heart over. He also fetishizes Asian women.
Jerkass: It comes more from being spoiled than from his upbringing. His father is very generous.
Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Never nice to Blair, Mark, Natsumi, or anyone that isn't an Asian woman he finds attractive.
Only Bad Guys Call Their Lawyers: Often calls Daniel to file a lawsuit against people who take his favorite girl or parking spot at Dynamite Kitties.
Prince Charming: He invokes this trope to appeal to Misaki. In truth, he is anything but charming.
Rich Jerk
Smug Snake: Very much so when he sees one of his rivals suffering, getting beat up, or humiliated. He thoroughly enjoyed watching Daniel pummel Natsumi.
Spoiled Brat: His father dotes on him for the most part, but there are times when he puts his foot down.
Villain with Good Publicity: He appears with his father during his charity events and people who don't know him well (e.g., Misaki) believe he's as generous as his father. He's not.
